Conditioning the Great Room Beam

Just wrapped up an awesome project conditioning the great room beam!

🚧 Here's how we do beam conditioning:

Inspection:
We checked the beam for any signs of damage, wear, or structural issues.

Cleaning:
Removed dirt, dust, and old finishes from the beam.

Repairing:
Fixed any cracks, splits, or other damage using wood filler or epoxy.

Sanding:
Smoothed the surface of the beam to prepare it for finishing.

Applying Finish:
Added a protective coating like stain, varnish, or paint to enhance its appearance and durability.

Feeling accomplished and can't wait to share more projects with you all! 🛠️
