Receiving and inspecting client's sofa

We meticulously inspect every item received for any flaws, damage, or imperfections. Our goal is to identify any issues early on, ensuring that only undamaged items arrive at your clients home.

In the event we identify furniture damage, we capture detailed photos of each impacted area, along a image pinpointing the damaged location, and we contact our client to advise them to file a claim with the furniture vendor or shipping company.
